No hot water, very poor service.

If it was possible to give a minus star review I would. After paying the deposit last year in June I still have had ZERO days of hot water, about five days of very lukewarm water and the rest cold cold cold. Luckily we have a solar geyser which serves other bathrooms in the house otherwise it would have been miserable trying to shower with cold water in winter. They have blamed the failure to deliver hot water to my bathroom on: the plumbing (worked with the solar geyser!), the Hans Grohe mixers, the electrics and last, but definitely not least, the concrete roof between pump and shower. They have also tried to blame the previous staff, no longer with the company, who dealt with the installation and the first round of trying to “fix” the problem.
