I bought a heat pump from their agent in Kroonstad ( Comfortzone). When I encounter my first problem I found out that they were no longer the agent and nobody replaced them. In the first place they made use of a contractor to install the pump and I did not even received an instruction manual. Thermo Wise referred met to an agent in Bloemfontein (200km away) when I spoke to them they said it will cost met way too much to let them come to Kroonstad I will have to disconnect it and bring it to them. This is typical of people who appoint agents all over the place and did not have a contingency plan when problems arise. I have had quite a few problems with the pump and will never recomend their prodcts.
