Do not use this company! Johan van Zyl is unprofessional and inept

Due to utter incompetence, Thermoseal, run by Johan van Zyl, left the pool and surrounding deck in our home a complete disaster. After THREE failed attempts at finishing the pool, he and his crew simply disappeared leaving the pool in a catastrophic state and the deck and pool tiles badly stained by the product they had no clue how to apply. Three days later with no response to our query as to when they would be back to fix their mess, we told Mr van Zyl we assumed he did not plan to return and expressed our dismay at his lack of professionalism. In response, he unleashed a barrage of insults, some exceedingly personal! When my husband posted a review of our ********** (expensive) experience at his blundering, inept hands, he threatened to sue! This man is unprofessional, amateurish and takes no responsibility for his actions - the words of his own crew! Do not use Thermoseal or any other firm associated with Johan van Zyl.
