Going the extra mile

In today's day and time, when most companies are trying to cut cost at every corner and inflate prices in order to drive profitability with no concern of the average Joe or average person on the street. Thermoglass has broken this norm, and have gone out of their way to provide a service and product to an average user with no intentions of making any money or profit. Their service was fantastic and has to be commended. I will definitely promote the company for going the extra mile and this was exemplified by the outstanding service by Leon Dann from the sales team, who took his time to understand my need as well as provide suggestions based on his knowledge. Thank you to both Leon and Thermoglass for proving there are still good companies out there.
