Airconditioner Installation Nightmare

I am advising friends, family and Corporates I deal with NOT to engage with or request the services of Thermo Control cc in Krugersdorp based on my harrowing experience with the Company.

Besides 4 failed attempts to get a new Samsung airconditioner unit to work, unprofessional quotations which delayed the front-end process, damages to my home including a designer wall damage, fractured plug points, water leaking through a plug point, my qualm arises from the absymal Customer service. There were no reparation plans nor notifications for any of the damages. There was neither an apology for the inconvenience to me of availing myself for the 5 visits to my home on different occasions to get a single new aircon unit to work. I had to prompt the company for any actions on any damages or inoperable aircon units. My biggest concern is the Company Owner's (Frans) lack of respect and disregard for a Customer. I was accosted by the owner of the Business outside my home in earshot and full view of my distinguished neighbours. He demanded payment from me despite the aircon unit not working. Further to that, he bellows accusingly at me of being obstructive in making payment as if I had a personal agenda. Payment was made when it was due so I cannot understand his behaviour. There was no apology for their shoddy and unprofessional service. There is no finesse in their workmanship nor their Customer Care. This has cheapened the experience of installing these airconditioner units in my home. No Customer should ever endure this gross and despicable behaviour, starking poor manners and poor etiquette. Had I known better, I would not have chosen this company at all.
