Therm Guard for Life

<p>I felt content when purchasing Thermguard as the slogan or the way it is sold it has a lifetime guarentee. However this is not true. My thermguard does not work in winter it is extremely cold and summer extremely hot. I called the company in Cape town after a few years complaining about the product all I got was a very abrupt lady who told me why am I complaining after a few years. I said that the product was sold with a lifetime guarentee. She also told me the guy I boght the product for my house had sold the company to them etc. All types of excuses all I asked was send someone to my house have a look at the product and advise uptill now no one came or cared about after sales service. Kindly refrain from purchasing this product and rathe stick with Pink Aerolite. </p>
