Use Thermamasta at your Peril

We had Dawie and his team at Thermamasta come and do a spray installation to insulate and waterproof our home in May/June 2017. It was not long thereafter that we picked up a problem with the application. I have been struggling now since then to have him come in and do the repairs as should have been covered in the Guarantee.

I have had nothing but the runaround from him. He will tell you he is coming and just doesn't bother to show up. I have tons of emails and WhatsApp messages of broken promises. The guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on.

I certainly wish I had researched better before giving Thermamasta my business. I deeply regret ever having entered into business with Dawie and his company. I would strongly urge anyone wanting to do business with Thermamasta to be extremely cautious. I will most certainly never ever make use of their services again!
