POOR WORKMANSHIP AND SERVICE
<p>Thermamasta waterproofed my roof at a cost of R39597.90 and offered a 15 year guarantee. The director Dawie de Jager has acknowledged the failure withih one year and has made 14 appointments to rectify the problem. To date nothing has happened! We are about to enter the rainy season and even when advised that he will be responsible for consequal damages he has not reacted. Offered references such as Sasol, Samancor, Premier foods, Eperors palace etc etc</p>
He acknowledged poor workmanship and undertook to pay back thge full amount as outside contractors had to be commissioned to remove his material and redo the work. I have instructed the attorneys to proceed in recovering the agreed amount + costs incurred in removing his attempt to waterproof our roof. This matter will only be resolved when I get refunded

I have had a similar problem, they promised to make good and repair their mess, however after 8 months and numerous promises later they advise that they would refund me. They have not made a single payment which was to happen at the end of each month and I have now taken the litigation route to recover my money.
