Never pitching to do work

<p>We paid a deposit in October last year, they never pitched up to do the work, so we asked for a refund. The owner of the business kept promising over and over to pay back the deposit, it never happened, we are thus in the process of suing the business to get our deposit back. The guy even went so far to lie to my attorney that he already paid the deposit back.</p>
