Dissatisfied Thermad Customer

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Walked in, the people there had no idea about any of the products, wouldn't offer any help whatsoever. Bought a ball chair, only to get home to realise they gave us the wrong size ball, the ball they gave us wouldn't fit in the frame of the chair at all. Went to return it, where they said it was my fault, even though they even pumped up the ball on site and handed it to us.
