Do Not Recommend Thera Head & Nails Spa

I've been meaning to write this review for some time and even after all this time has past I still feel such a bitter taste in my mouth towards this place and the way they conduct their business. My mom and I each had a 90 minute full body massage for the ******* price of $185 each which I only realised after because their pricing menu is incredibly confusing. Anyways, they took us to the back, no private room, you get put on one of 20 beds that have washbins so they are not exactly put together for a 90 minute massage. The the****** had her cell phone on her the whole time and it kept ringing and vibrating. I asked her 3 times to put her phone away because it was disturbing me and she kept arguing with me that it wasn't her phone even though she took it out and showed it to me and it had messages and missed calls. She then started speaking in another language to her colleague like what I had asked her was so irrational. The exact same 4 minute piano track played for the full 90 minutes over and over again and when I told the receptionist, she argued with me and made an excuse? I just said - I'm trying to help you and you're arguing with me? Surely you should just say I'm sorry about that and make sure it doesn't happen in the future? Last cherry on the cake was one of the men who work there, was sitting on his phone on one of the pedicure chairs in the shop watching tiktok videos on loud whilst my mom quickly got her toes done. Almost $400 spent and not one iota of care was given that we had spent out time or money there. Lack of care. Lack of respect and a total ******* for the disservice they are offering. There are hundreds of spa's in that area that one could support rather than coming here because these people couldn't care less. They should be ashamed at their lack of service and humility.
