Unemotional and clinical pet grooming and even cruel

Dear Pet Sylest, I will post the following review on all social media and on all applicable Google platformes available. I am not impressed by your team after 8 hours of consideration. I thought it over before posting about the team of Durbanville, Cape Town. I do not know the names of the personnel concerned. And I don't even want to name them today.. In fact I do not want to talk to them again. The team was highly efficient and cleaned and attended without mercy to a very loved and certainly neglected pet (child) regarding its appearance. I do accept my loving neglect. We moved into an old age home recently and Bassie is an accepted emotional support dog. I did my best, but he needed some loving care and cleaning. I looked up and your service was highly recommended . I decided without further inquiries to accept this recommendation. . Basie was manhandled and subjected to unacceptable procedures. Something I perceived to be normal by the team. My main consideration was to calm Bassie as he wanted to get out of this unfiendely situation at all times. The handling was unemotional and at times brutal. The chain around his neck was tightened to such an extent that he could not move and even sit. I accept that this is normal efficiency for your service. The dog's requirement is nor important. Bassie is an 11 year old Golden Retriever and he is used to me attending to these requirements and cleaning. This was totally ignored although communicated beforehand. I informed the team that Bassie was only bathed and cleaned by me and would be nervous. This was totally ignored. German efficiency was the only requirement. Although Bassie was cleaned, groomed and dematted, it was done emotionally and without feelings. He was afterward highly stressed. It is not something I do not want to do to my emotionally supporting dog again! I hope that this posting will bring some important emotional aspects to your services. Something I will not use again.
