No Service

They had a winter special on social media, I ordered, and the order was confirmed on 19 May. However no communication after the order was confirmed. I ordered and paid for 4 rackets. The website is now not available. I did send an email to *** to ask if they were still in business, to which I got a reply, "Yes, how can we help?" When I asked about my order, there was no response.
