Poor Management

We went to a guest house called THEOS as a school for our kids graduation ceremony on the 20th November 2015 when we get there the was another school as well they said that school will go first and then after it was gonna be our school then that first school school refused to let us the hall after..The boy who is called the son of the manager couldn't control the situation.What irritated me was the manager Mpumi she didn't even pitch Then we ended up using de open space then the food was a total disaster.I would not recommend that space for anyone the service is so poor I don't think she knows what she's doing or care about he customers I have send her an email after the incidence but until today no respond
