Disgusting behaviour from an Educational College

I have been helping my neighbour, with her assignments, as & when she receives them, to be completed & resubmitted, for marking once done. Nomsa has been studying through this college, for 4 years now & every single time 1 of the assignments is submitted, there is always a story with this particular college. They constantly refuse to mark the assignments, they are very quick to take Mrs. Makwetu's money, which is not cheap at all, yet they constantly want to fail her all the time. None of the marked assigments are ever sent back, & when you do eventually query anything with them, you get told, "you have failed". I am now reporting them today, because I am tired of seeing this happen to people, who are being taken for a ride with this place. They had the audacity to move premises, & didn't even bother to advise any of the students of this either. This is abhorrent & deplorable. They just want to ***** your hard earned money & forget about all the effort the student has put into this work. I am going to be reporting them to the Department of Education as well, because enough is now enough.
