Don't Bother

I've ordered from this company despite having reservations, paid 3days ago and my order still shows "awaiting payment", correspondence has proven to be extremely difficult and contradictory. I had to search for them on Facebook to get in contact due to my call not being answered and my mails neither. Eventually got a hold of a Whatsapp contact via Facebook and I was told when the payment reflects the order will be processed, it takes less than 2business days from my bank to theirs. I was also told a POP was not needed when sent a half ass typed policy and yet moments later was asked for my order number and POP via the first email correspondence from their end since payment. Rather pay a little extra at a reputable company,it's NOT worth the run around.
