Thembile Tours leave elderly citizens stranded

On 1st February a group of 25 elderly citizens were left stranded on OR Tambo airport after the owner of Thembile tours arrived late in picking them up from Suncity after their week long vacation. Mr Cilliers was paid handsome amount to drop the 25 passengers at OR Tambo before 2h30pm for their flights if 3h30 and 3h45pm respectively. His arrival time had the group in a panick 11h50 instead of 10h30am as promised. However he assured the group organiser Ms Stemmer that he would get them to the airport on time. This did nt happen. The driver of one of the vehicles got lost with the group on their way to the airport and git there 4h40pm by then the groups flight had disembarked already. The group in the vehicle with Mr Cilliers had to stop qyite a few times as this vehicle had tyre problems that ended up getting them to the airport at exactly 3h30 making them miss their flight as well. Upon dropping them Ian left and would not take any calls from Mrs Stemmet when she called him for assistance. He took these elderly people's money got them to the airport late and just left causing them to each pay an extra R1000 to get a flight home.
