Dissatisfaction.

My second purchase at this branch and they never fail to disappoint me. For my first purchase - the chicken pieces had a burnt taste and a burnt scent. I made a purchase again today and it was the worst. The chicken inside was watery, it had no flavor; their coslow salad was stale, dry, with a fowl smell and an off color. I'm not even going to mention the absence of serviettes and ketchup in my takeaway bag which I noticed when I got home!!! The poor quality products of this branch is a disgrace to the well renowned franchise.
