Poor service we got from Tthembi and Ladies funeral services.

Hi, I would just like to make people aware of Thembi & Ladies services that is so pathetic.They just do their own thing,have no respect for people and certainly not for the covered members when pass on.They were so delayfull with everything since we made it known to them that my grandfather passed on.Their staff and the owner of the business is rude.They also don't advise their burial holders of the extra monies they have to take out when they sign you up,so whats the use i had that burial with them if they can't disclose everything that you need to know.I had an argument with one of the ladies who works there by the name Nomsa and I had to go an apologies for that.But with the shoddy service i got right through from them they have not apologiesed once but yet i humbled myself even though the staff member was also rude to me.The day of the funeral the body arrived late and they have not sent the busses to the house but instead they sent it to the church and people were left without transport and we as the family had to make a plan.The so called casket they give it we did not have a choice to choose our own.When we arrived at the grab side the tent and chairs was not even prepared they done that when we arrived.They took the chairs from another grave side of their clients that also had a funeral and mins you there was not even water for us they gave us left over water qhich they also took from the other tent.Therw were no mats even around the grave and the saddest part of it all they never even gave us the grave number plate of which i paid for additional.The toilet also never arrived.But they were so quick to collect the tables and chairs they gave.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO HAVE A BURIAL WITH THIS T&L.If you want your loved ones to be buried with respect and dignity you better make the right decision.This people broke our hearts more than anything else.My uncles girlfriend also told me they went through the same thing with Thembi ans ladies funeral services.
