Complain

Last year my son passed on, the funeral was on the 27th of December 2020, the tombstone was erected on the same day. Recently I just went to the graveyard and found that the tombstone has fallen, I then went to the Funeral parlor to explain the situation, they told me to fix it myself, this got me angry because it hasn't been one year since the tombstone has been erected. When I told them that I know my rights, only then they said I should go get a permit so that they can refix it, after I submitted the permit, they told me I have to wait for two to three months till they fix it,when they had said they will fix it in two to three days. This has caused me heart ache and pain knowing that my late son's place of rest is in that state, and that they might ***** the tombstone because people ***** tombstones these days.
