Worst hospital. I'm still in pain till today, I live on painkillers everyday

I went there referred by a dr on the 17th of April because I had thrombosed hermorrhoids they booked for operation on the 08th of July then when I went for the operation I was turned back home saying it's not life threatening and they gave me lacson medication so soften my stool to this day I'm still in pain living on painkillers and they booked me for assessment next January... how do I live with this pain until next year? They don't even check you they just write whatever on the report as if they checked you and prescribe lacson for the rest of the year that I should come collect every month. The worst hospital ever and the Dr's don't even care. The first one that checked me on the first day didn't even know what was my condition cause she said it's not a hermorrhoid only to find out that it is she just didn't know.
