Unfair treatment ‼️‼️‼️😩😩😩😩😩

My daughter with cerebral palsy had an appointment last week Wednesday for epilepsy clinic. We missed the appointment for personal Reasons and we came today very early in the morning. We are number 06 the nurse took us back to number 22, my child is hungry, crying and restless she now has to wait at the back while people who came after her are being assisted. The nurse is very rude, she doesnt even want to hear why we were not here last week.
