This hospital was called natal spruit before and now at work they want me to prove that I have a disability, I went to the hospital for assistance but I was told that they left all the old files at the old hospital and now I must start the process from scratch which I find very unfair because what about their system, they should have my things under my ID number and SARS wants proof of my disability too
