Poor poor service

I was there on Monday 21/03/2022 to drop off toiletries for my mom who was recently admitted. The security officer at the gate, was a guy wearing a red jacket at 11.24am said that I should come back at 14h00 during visiting hours. I mentioned to him that I am on my way to work and will not be around by then and I need to drop these off so my mom can able to wash I mean cleanliness is everything. He didnt want to let me in up intil he said I can go to the door at the entrance, when I got there I was advised I should go back to the gate as the guy from the gate called them to say I am rude. I went home to prepare myself for work and had to make alternative plans. What irritated me the most is that he made me walk all the way to the entrance just for him to see me walk back forgetting that we are stressed about our loved ones, their health, safety and cleanliness.
