Pathetic Service From Public Services

Horrible service my word! There are patients who need serious attention and all they can say is there is a que! My word is this really what we are paying taxes for????? They aren't doing anyone a favor in all honestly tax payers pay for these services but get nothing but pathetic service, no care, chilled laid back nurses in casualty.
