NEGLECTED IN A COVID-19 WARD

Been here from the 1st of june 2021 for an ankle operation. along the way after 2 negative covid tests wer conducted i ended up testing positive and i was asymptomatic , went for isolation on a covid ward and it was said that I would stay there for 10 days from the 18th june its now 16 days 02nd of June im still here no dr has ever came to see me, no operation has been done still, nothing has been done. When i ask they tell me that the ortho Dr's are scared of covid wards, so does that mean i have to over isolate and not do what i really came here for of which is surgery? wait until covid is over in order for my dr to be free to take me to a ortho ward? Please advice on what to do.
