Most Bad Service @ Government hospitals

I must say this is the worst most disgusting hospital ther in our area... The service is so slow that even a snail or turtle is even faster then the service the hospital I mean how can the hospital still operate wen they have countless deaths of new born babies which is unacceptable ...... Reason for my frustrations is that my brother is ther with a broken leg n he hasn't even been operated yet his been in their casuality since Sunday in the afternoon even nw his still waiting in their casuality to be attended his still covered in his blood hasn't bathed for days and it's nt jst him thers so many people in the same situation the way the casuality is so full cause of the ****ty service my brother with others are put outside the waiting area of the casuality .... This is totally not right as this is a indication that people that work ther are nt passionate about helping people and serving the community it shows they are just working ther to earn a living ..... Why should we even pay tax when we dnt even see were our tax money is going when we dnt get the service we need..... The Minister of Health really needs to be hands on and do random visit to hospital to monitor the service people get instead of sitting in offices and getting fat pay checks...... Department of Health u really need to act and be hands on people are dying @ the hands of the doctors and nurses you pay .......
