Lack of Ubuntu.

Doctors here don't care about people's livelihoods. It's like we everyone here according to them, don't have lives outside of these walls just coz were at a government facility. Even the way they speak to some of us it's like we're at a better place , better than where we live or where we come from. They don't care honestly.
