Hospital staff incompetence

Everytime I come here with my aunt, the nurse at the reception station at the MOPD is very rude. I have to keep asking where to go to and they all direct me to different stations and ultimately shout at me . They really need a better system of order as newcomers sit for very long without guidance or are being sent from place to place. The female nurses and doctors really need to learn how to treat patients with respect and patience . They do not even look enthusiastic to aid me. When the female doctor sees me coming to her for help she turned and walked on . I was irritated because nobody could assist me and followed until she asked someone to help me and they unhappily assisted me.
