Horrible service

Knowing that this is government Institute, I woke up early to make my way here, I got here at six am then after registering I was told to wait for a Dr that arrives at 11 while other Drs are on duty... It's now 12:05 I'm still not attended, I'm sitting here with a fractured leg. When we ask where the Dr is they claim he/she is on the way... The service here is horrible
