Heart breaking service from the public hospital

My mom was taken to the hospital by paramedics on monday the 13th of july and only got admitted yesterday evening around 5pm i went to the hospital after i called and requested to bring her toiletries and a blanket i found poor 68yrs old lady lying in bed dirty she was not attended by any doctors since Monday i never cried so much in my why do we take people to hospital if they wont be taken care of why doctors and nurses get paid if they dont do they job someone from the hospital need to do something the ceo the management this hospital needs to be reported to the news everywhere my heart is broken my can die because no one cares in that hospital the service is terrible and this no visitors allowed i think its the reason they not taking care of the patients someone department of health please do something complaints department of the hospital get in touch with people who need help from the service we get from the hospital we pleading
