Complain

This hospital has a bad service. I got there at 05h30am and I was showed where to sit by the TOP ward and the nurse only came at 07h54 to come and tell us that we're in a wrong chairs yet we were showed by the other stuff where to sit ,why can't they be specific and tell us that they don't know than do this to us? What a poor service!!
