BAD SERVICE AT PAIA OFFICE

It is so bad that the staff at the PAIA office is so ***********. This staff was just hired but still they are failing to do their job. The disrespect in the guy that works there is way much. We need a complaints box that will be viewed weekly, and action need to be taken here.
