Admitted without property help

Am very disappointed with this hospital, my niece was hit by a car on sunday evening, and the ambulance to her there, even today he haven't went for x-ray, and she is only getting pain killers, we dont even know as the family if the are bones broken on her body. We haven't even told about major injuries or anything, they just keeping her there. I called several times to get updates but nothing have been done. She was at casualty which they call it general from Sunday evening till Monday evening without any property assessments, even today she is waiting for help. Which help are we getting from this hospital.why are they keeping her the if they only giving her pain killers, even the drip is empty since last night till now. An very angry and disappointed with the service we are getting from.she need to go back to school for heaven sake.
