Neglected grandma..

This hospitals service is extremely bad its like staff there just don't care about the well being of patients it's like they doing many of us a favor.. Many of those nurses and sisters just having this career to get paid and go home they just don't care.. They don't wash my grandma they make her lay in bed without any clothes but we left a night dress and they just don't care and with this pandemic just made it worse because we can't even visit as u want everyday so they using this to there advantage to ill treat patients... I'm so sick
