Broken cousin

She was breathing and talking when we got there,from 4:30 she was not being attended till 8pm when they notice she couldn't breath,got worse round about 9pm negligence of that hospital,her last words was dont leave me in this hospital caz they dont care about a human life,that was my last time i heard her voice,no proper explanation was given,that hospital needs intervation starting from casualty till upwards.
