Poor Customer Service!

Poor customer service!!! My elderly parent was given a difficult time at the Phoenix Longbury/Longcroft Drive branch of Tekwini Funerals today when he presented his book for stamping.He was treated rudely when all they had to do was contact me via Whatsapp. I had told them in advance to expect my parent & that I had done an EFT payment for the FIRST time due to my parents age & illness they cannot personally trek to your office every month. An obvious breakdown in simple communication!!!Elderly people are NOT dumb to be sending messages with!!! Treat your customers properly after all THEY make your business!!!
