Useless and Croocks

<p>I took my car for a service at Thekwini Toyota Durban in January 2017 and the person who assisted me was Zaihed Suleman. I asked them to fix my aircon as it was not working properly( was not releasing cool air). When they were finished with the service they told me that they regased the aircon and added some discinfectent for the air to come clean. About a month and half the aircon is not working again. I took it back to them today (15 March 2017) and they are telling me that the condenser is leaking. My problem is that they should have detected that the first time and I am sure that the condenser is leaking because of something that they did not do right the first time. They are telling me I need to buy a new condenser. They did not do a proper job the first time now they want me to pay more of which I will not do. If this is how toyota treat their customers they must let us know so we can buy cars from other manufactures.</p>
