SOLD A CAR WITH VOIDED WARRENTY

THEKWINI TOYOTA IN WESTVILLE DURBAN....... I was sold a car that I was under the impression its was serviced and now its due for another service, when I took it to kia they say my car is not in the system and I need to pay for a service when my car is under warranty.. I was sold car with a voided warranty .. when I try and contact them they cut the call on me... my book was not stamped and they told me it was serviced... terrible guys please be aware..
