Less than average service delivery

After certain role players left the Service Department at the Westville branch... the service sucks as much as electrolux (no pun intended!) well the only person that gives the added touch is the head mechanic Prenesh.... if Westville branch doesn't raise their standards lots of customers(I'm sure loyal ones too) will head to the next dealership that can deliver!
