Bad service Thekwini Toyota Durban

Bought a brand new vehicle, Toyota Fortuner VX 2.8 from Thekwini Toyota Durban. Vehicle front door has operspray on it as well as front driver fender. Door does not line up, missing components in door cavity. Dealership does not own up to the fact that they sold us a vehicle that is damaged and requires fixing at panelbeater. No apologies, still charged me full PDI price and only partially refunded licensing fees. DP is arrogant and does not return phone calls or written requests via email. Worst experience we have ever had in purchasing a new vehicle which we do almost every 3 years. Dealership obviously does not care about the Toyota Brand
