Dont trust this person he is a ***** and ****

Peace be upon all<br> I contracted this company to build a new swimming pool for me. I paid a deposit and he proceeded with the work. The pool was dug up and the tiles put in.I put the work on hold as the plans were going through. Eugene asked me to pay him for the completed work as it was very long and being an idiot I paid him. When i was ready i called him to discuss some changes to the original plan which he we agreed to. We agreed on a figure and proceeded to start the work.He asked for more money which i gave him. I complained to him about the shoddy workmanship and he got angry. He walked of the site and told me that he will not be completing the job and returning my money. He has not delivered the pump i paid him for not given me any engineering plans also. He is a very smooth talker but cant deliver. I had to pay someone else to complete hi work.
