This website The Glo Factory with web address theglofactory.co.za are ****** and a ****. I’ve placed an order for over R2000 2 weeks ago and to date have not received my orders. Emails sent to the company fall on deaf ears and they will only respond to you occasionally on instagram Dm. Initially when I queried the whereabouts of my order I was told that the courier company had failed to collect it. Now 2 weeks later the company ignores my numerous emails. They refuse to refund me my money and they refuse to tell me the whereabouts of my order. Do NOT use this website, you will just be taken for a ride
