Bad service and misleading information

I’m experiencing a bad service with Theghetto, I have bought shoes on their website on the 2nd December 2025 their return policy states items can be returned within 14 days the shoes where delivered to me on the 5th December now that I wanna return my shoes which they don’t fit me for a size 4, they are telling me that I should have returned the shoes within 7 days. I have sent them an email they not responding and also I have sent them a DM on instagram but they are failing to assist me. Their instagram handle is Theghetto.za
