Foam Run worst race in Africa! Organisers refuse to take responsibility for poorly organised event.

Where do I start? This race is a nightmare from the start. 1. You buy "earlybird" tickets only to find that buying the week before the event is way cheaper 2. They moved the race to a new venue the week before the race and to an area that offers NO public transport in or out. 3. People who re**** on public transport were slapped in the face with their t&cs... 4. Race day: what takes me 2min took me 45min and some people waited 2 hours just to get in at the gate, those who waited long were told to go home as there was no foam even though they paid! 5. Finally got in and spectators had to pay R100, ***?? 6. Started our group which wasn't actually our group due to the time it took to get in and boom, no foam! 7. Only 3 foam stations yet they advertise an array of colours and promise "lots of bubbles" more like lots of disappointment 8. We ask to speak to an organiser, the ***ards sent a volunteer who could do **** for us 9. Complained on their Facebook page, got deleted and banned from their page 10. The poor soul who they did reply to was demanded to stop harassing them? Excuse us but we paid R200 for a park run! 11. Also told people to inbox and they will deal with each person one by one. People from the PTA race are still waiting, nee *** they respond zero! 12. I contacted them personally and was ignored 13. Their overall response to this joke of a race was pathetic, disgusting and so unprofessional! 14. Deleting complaints on FB isn't going to stop people from NOT doing the race next year. 15. I didn't get what I paid for yet no refund. Small claims court! 16. And on top of all that **** they gave me a dirty shirt! Two sizes too small nogal! 17. And they ran out of shirts yet they knew how many people were coming????

Worst race ever. I'm sure even the ANC can organise a better race
