Do not order from Theestoreonline

Please do not order from these people as they advertise items and when you have added to your cart and checked out and made payment they come back to you to say due to the suppliers out of stock they give you a coupon for your money and the shipping will be free but they can not give you a refund as it is against their policy and I have ordered a different item as a replacement but still get no response from their email address and there is no contact number. Yesterday a person from Theestore posted the items I originally ordered on facebook for people to order when I checked their website it said no products for those items so they are wanting to get people to buy and not give you the item you have paid for. I have notified them and sent the ad to them with still no response
