********! ********! ********! Watch out

We went to the establishment in Soweto DK for a friend’s bridal shower. My one friend and I don’t drink alcohol so we ordered virgin strawberry daiquiris, upon the bill arriving, we notice that we were charged the same price as the normal daiquiri (that has alcohol), when we complained, the manager sibusiso was so rude and told us to prove to him that we drank non-alcoholic beverages, we told him to confirm with the lady that was serving us, and he said he wanted to see and smell the drinks - so he wanted us to throw up the drinks. He also asked us to show him the price where the non-alcoholic drinks where, only to find that they don’t even have a price indication in the menu - such a ****.

Further , they had ran out of champagne, so we went to buy them from the local grocery store and they kept them in the fridge for us. Hours and hours passed and they didn’t bring them, then we went to enquire where the champagnes were, they only then took them out, I wouldn’t be surprised if they thought we would forget and they would keep the drinks for themselves - they are rude and ********.

Don’t even bother trying to have a function here, the music is so loud and when you ask them to turn it down, they tell you no, that’s how things are done there, but then how are you meant to have a function? And have people engage with each other?

The manager and the owner don’t care about customer service AT ALL.
