Establishment bad service

<p>I have to share this The.Establishment Nice place indeed, though an extremely bad service with bad attitude service from a guy named Moses Muyedzwa Hlongwane . We booked for a bridal shower only to get to the place he's not there and his colleagues /manager in charge knew nothing about us , Luckily the manager in charge made a plan for us even though it wasn't the spot we picked as clearly we were double booked. Later when we confronted him (when he decides to pitch for work) he tells us he done nothing wrong and we have a mentality that a customer is always right, in which in fact we were very much within our rights. Moses is very quick to respond,never listens and continued arguing with us in front of other customers. When I tell him he can't run a business like that he tells us he runs "empires" LOL. I am still very utterly sickened by Moses way of business and he wouldn't take blame for his actions, in which he said with his own words that he wont take blame and hardly acknowledged us as customers right from the beginning he has Zero sense of emergency. Posted a review on their facebook page and 3 days later no communication just a general reply "will contact you" that they send to everyone else but still waiting</p>
