Disestablishment! Annoying ALEX ESTABLISHMENT

The management of this place is a joke! For these guys to still treat paying customers with zero care and not having “established” rules for all staff to know makes me sick.

We went to book a table and when we asked terms of reservation we were advised there are none! Only to find out from the pathetic manager Sylus who has no clue about problem solving, that rules are different! We had to move from the table we had planned to chill at!

Utterly disappointed and disgusted with this treatment! Stop putting *********** people in positions they cannot manage
