Bad service

We had booked a big table at the Establishment in Alex mall. We had the worst service ever. The food came to the table come the waitress was swinging her hair in the food while bring to the table. Table was always dirty no other waiter was helping her. Our drinks where brought to us late and after that they told us that they where closing. We where forced to move to the other side of the restaurant. Basicly we where being treated like people that did not pay for the food we had. It was the worst experience ever. To think of the amount of money we spent in one night there. I'm really not happy!!
